Solutions Developer

We are looking for a Solutions Developer (applications, integrations, and AI) who can take full ownership of projects from start to finish and work across a wide range of technologies—from public web development to internal system integrations, process automation, and eventually artificial intelligence and data engineering. Your Responsibilities

• Provide support and maintenance for production applications: monitoring, troubleshooting, fixes, and enhancements.
• Write and maintain technical documentation for developed solutions.
• Apply best practices in quality and secure development throughout the development lifecycle (testing, code review).
• Stay up to date with relevant technologies and propose improvements and process automations.

Your Skills and Potential

• 4 to 6 years of experience in software development.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering.
• Strong initiative and ability to identify tasks and move forward autonomously.
• Strong problem‑solving skills, with a focus on understanding business needs and proposing solutions.
• Versatility and a strong appetite for learning.
• Bilingual in French and English (spoken and written).

Technical Skills

• Strong mastery of full‑stack development: a modern front‑end language/framework (e.g., React, Angular, or Vue) and back‑end .NET / C#.
• Good knowledge of REST APIs, their design and security, and system integrations.
• Hands‑on experience with Microsoft Azure (App Services, containers, or equivalent).
• Comfort with relational databases (SQL).
• Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC): design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
• Security and identity management: secure development practices, OAuth2 / OpenID Connect, Entra ID (Azure AD), SSO.

Assets

• Azure DevOps: code management, CI/CD pipelines, work tracking.
• Monitoring and observability: Application Insights, performance monitoring of deployed applications.
• Experience with low‑code automation platforms (Power Platform, Power Automate, Logic Apps).
• Knowledge of generative AI, LLMs, or tools such as Copilot Studio.
• Knowledge of Python and/or Microsoft Fabric.
