Project Manager
We are looking for someone who wants to be at the heart of digital transformation and innovative initiatives within a fast‑growing company, by overseeing technological, strategic, and operational projects. This person will be responsible for ensuring the rigorous application of the project management office’s methodological framework and supporting its evolution.
Your responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, monitor, and deliver projects related to the development and evolution of our technology platform, as well as other organizational projects.
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, priorities, deliverables, and progress and performance indicators.
- Coordinate the work of the various stakeholders involved in projects (development, product, operations, vendors, and business teams).
- Lead follow‑up meetings, document decisions, track action items, and promote continuous project progress.
- Ensure compliance with timelines, objectives, budgets, and deliverable quality by quickly identifying gaps and proposing necessary corrective actions.
- Manage risks, dependencies, issues, and scope changes to minimize their impact on delivery.
- Work closely with development teams to understand technical constraints, support work prioritization, and assist in sprint and release planning.
- Produce and present clear progress reports that allow stakeholders to track project status, risks, and next steps.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management and digital delivery processes, methods, and tools.
- Participate in defining, prioritizing, and planning the organization’s portfolio of technological initiatives.
- Communicate clearly and concisely using effective and appropriate communication techniques and tools.
Your skills and potential
- Hold a bachelor’s degree in business administration (operations management, project management, business technologies), engineering (software or computer), or information technology (IT management).
- Have a minimum of five (5) years of project management experience in a software development or digital transformation environment.
- Possess PMP, Agile, or Scrum Master certification, a strong asset.
- Understand concepts related to the software development lifecycle (analysis, development, testing, deployment, and continuous improvement).
- Be able to manage multiple projects, timelines, and priorities simultaneously in a fast‑changing environment.
- Demonstrate excellent ability to mobilize multidisciplinary teams without direct hierarchical authority.
- Show strong organizational skills, rigor, and a strong results‑driven mindset.
- Be comfortable with project management and collaboration tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, Monday.com, Asana, ClickUp, or equivalent).
- Be solutions‑ and results‑oriented.
- Demonstrate resilience and adaptability in the face of change, autonomy, and initiative.
- Be bilingual in order to communicate with stakeholders and partners in both languages.
