Partnership and Events Advisor
We are looking for a Partnerships and Events Consultant to manage sponsorships, partner relations, and corporate and social events. Working with various stakeholders, you will develop, plan and coordinate event and business development initiatives. You will also collaborate on the creation of documentation and communications tools.
You’ll help Lareau shine both internally and externally!
Your responsibilities.
MANAGEMENT OF SPONSORSHIPS, DONATIONS, MEMBERSHIP OF ASSOCIATIONS AND PARTNERS
- Participate in the development of action plans according to established policy and objectives.
- Optimize a register of sponsorships, donations, association memberships and partner agreements.
- Respond to external requests and internal suggestions.
- Coordinate representations of our team members (participation without sponsorship).
- Provide materials and maximize visibility.
- Create ROI and lead follow-up reports.
- Suggest proposals for continuous improvement.
MANAGEMENT OF SOCIAL, CORPORATE AND PARTNER EVENTS
- Develop an annual calendar of key internal, corporate and partner social events in line with our corporate values and objectives.
- Optimize our tactics and presence at corporate events to reflect our expertise.
- Coordinate with team members the participation in events and the distribution of invitations to customers and partners.
- Prepare detailed schedules and manage budgets for each event.
- Ensure smooth logistics and quality participation.
- Propose and implement efficient management processes and tools to facilitate the organization and follow-up of events before, during and after.
- Manage equipment inventory and orders for value-added promotional items.
- Promote events and create content on our platforms.
- Manage and optimize suppliers.
- Produce post-mortem and impact reports with suggestions for improvement.
DOCUMENTATION
- Create, layout or revise various communication or documentation tools, ensuring quality control to respect brand image and standards.
- Participate in marketing team optimization projects.
Your skills, your potential.
- Have a university degree in administration, marketing or related field.
- 3 to 5 years’ experience in partnership management, business development and event organization.
- Ability to manage several mandates simultaneously.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Have a valid driver’s license to travel to different events and branches.
- Bilingualism (written and spoken English) to ensure good communication with certain partners.
- Ability and interest in writing and document layout.
- Focus on results, quality, solutions and continuous improvement.
