The objective of this position is to assist the Commercial Lines team in the tasks associated with the attachment of documentation following various transactions (new business, renewals and amendments). You will develop technical knowledge in property and casualty insurance.
Your responsibilities.
• Be responsible for attaching documentation to the computer system
• Coordinate the reception, sorting, scanning and filing of documentation
• Download policies available on insurers’ portals
• Process the Corporate Services e-mail inbox
• Perform all other related tasks.

• Experience in a similar position
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and Windows environment
• College or vocational diploma in secretarial or office automation
• Demonstrate attention to detail, autonomy and cooperation.
