Marketing and Digital Strategy Director
We’re looking for someone who’s bursting with creativity and initiative, with outstanding organizational skills, to take charge of the marketing and communications department. With plenty of ambition for growth, you’ll be working for an independent broker at the forefront of technology. With a strategic vision in mind, you’ll have to collaborate with various departments to help achieve business objectives and brand positioning. You’ll have to implement marketing offensives, including digital, while measuring efforts. All this while managing team members.
Your responsibilities.
- Develop a marketing strategy to grow sales, support operations and strengthen our online presence.
- Participate in the development of our customer experience.
- Develop a distribution plan for the various online platforms and our social networks.
- Rigorously monitor and measure offensives in order to optimize them.
- Manage and measure SEO and AdWords campaigns.
- Meet with various internal stakeholders to fully understand their needs and propose appropriate marketing offensives.
- Responsible for the evolution of our brand image and employer brand.
- Develop and propose a communication strategy in line with our B. Corp. certification.
- Responsible for the redesign of the website, including a customer portal and the introduction of a transactional mode, in collaboration with the internal IT team and the external agency responsible.
- Establish, monitor and optimize the various budgets related to the department.
- Provide monthly reports to the management team on the performance of marketing offensives.
- Develop internal and external event strategies to promote the brand.
- Manage a marketing and communications team to optimize roles and responsibilities.
Your skills, your potential.
- University degree in business administration, marketing or communications.
- Relevant experience in digital marketing, SEO and AdWords, minimum 5 years.
- Experience in website design.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role, including personnel management.
- Excellent Office Suite skills.
- Bilingualism (written and spoken) to manage our marketing presence in French and English.
