Human Resources Business Partner
We are looking for an HR Business Partner who can actively contribute to the organization’s results by developing the full potential of our leaders and teams. Reporting to the Human Resources Director, you will act as a strategic and operational advisor to managers, supporting them in their human and organizational challenges. You will have the opportunity to influence decisions, leverage data to guide actions, and help build a modern, proactive, results‑driven HR function through stimulating HR and organizational development projects.
Your responsibilities
Strategic partnership with managers
- Act as an advisor to managers on all HR‑related matters.
- Understand business objectives and propose aligned HR solutions.
- Support and coach managers in change management, team evolution, and workforce planning.
Employee relations and workforce management
- Support managers and employees in handling various leave and departure situations, including disability, parental leave, and voluntary departures.
- Provide guidance on disciplinary issues, performance, and conflict resolution.
- Manage employee relations files, investigations, and disciplinary measures while consistently applying internal policies and labor laws.
Talent development
- Support managers in recruiting and onboarding new employees.
- Contribute to performance evaluation and skills development processes.
- Identify training needs and help build talent development plans.
Engagement, culture, and employee experience
- Recommend and participate in initiatives that foster engagement and mobilization.
- Support practices related to justice, equity, diversity, and inclusion.
- Act as an HRIS resource person and contribute to optimizing HR processes and tools.
- Analyze HR metrics and translate them into concrete recommendations to support growth, talent retention, and performance.
- Be willing to travel regularly to different offices to provide close support to managers and employees.
HR analytics and continuous improvement
- Ensure legal compliance and sound management of HR policies.
- Collaborate on various strategic HR and organizational development projects.
- Actively contribute to improving HR processes to support organizational growth.
Your skills and potential
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Relations or Human Resources.
- Member of the Certified Human Resources Professionals Order.
- 5 to 8 years of experience in human resources.
- Strong experience in HRIS optimization (Dayforce is a major asset).
- Strong analytical skills and ease with data analysis and presentation tools (Excel or similar).
- Excellent communication and influencing skills.
- Solid judgment and ability to navigate ambiguity.
- Proactive, results‑oriented approach.
- Discretion, ethics, and professionalism.
- Bilingual, to interact with partners in both languages.
- Valid driver’s license and access to a car for travel.
