Data Analyst

As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for the full lifecycle of our Power BI reports : from gathering requirements to development, troubleshooting, and ongoing maintenance. You will work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into clear, reliable dashboards, while ensuring strong data governance practices.

Your Responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of Power BI reports and dashboards : design, development, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
• Gather and document stakeholder requirements and translate them into analytical solutions.
• Design user‑friendly and effective dashboards.
• Implement and manage Row‑Level Security (RLS) to ensure appropriate data access.
• Ensure strong data governance, including data quality, documentation, and protection.
• Maintain up‑to‑date documentation for KPIs, measures, and data sources.
• Collaborate with the Data & AI team and stakeholders, and propose improvements.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize existing reports and data models.

Your Skills and Potential

• 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role, including Power BI development, troubleshooting, and full lifecycle ownership (including DAX and data modeling).
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Mathematics, or Business Administration with an Information Systems/Business Intelligence focus.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Demonstrated initiative and ability to identify tasks and move forward autonomously.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities, with a focus on understanding business needs and proposing solutions.
• Strong communication skills in French and English (spoken and written), with the ability to simplify and explain data concepts.

Technical Skills

• Solid experience with Power BI, covering development, troubleshooting, and full lifecycle ownership (including DAX and modeling).
• Strong experience in data governance.
• Experience with Row‑Level Security (RLS).
• Strong skills in data visualization and dashboard design.

Assets

• Knowledge of Python and/or Microsoft Fabric.
• Data engineering capabilities.
