The objective of this position is to respond to service requests during absences or vacation periods within the volume‑management team, ensuring consistent customer service. You will be responsible for answering daily questions and requests, as well as recommending and selling personal lines insurance solutions.

Your responsibilities

• Analyze, understand, and identify client needs.
• Act as an advisor by explaining and simplifying insurance concepts.
• Recommend solutions tailored to each client’s reality.
• Negotiate on behalf of clients with various insurers.
• Identify sales opportunities within service requests.
• Stay informed about all products and services offered by insurers.
• Deliver a unique client experience aligned with the values of Lareau – Insurance Brokers.

Your skills and potential

• Hold an Attestation of College Studies (AEC) in Property & Casualty Insurance or a College Diploma (DEC).
• Hold a license from the Autorité des marchés financiers (AMF).
• Have experience in a Personal Lines Insurance Broker (SAP) role.
• Be driven by customer service.
• Possess strong computer skills (MS Office and Windows environment).
• Demonstrate strong priority management, organizational skills, and autonomy.
• Be bilingual (spoken, written, and comprehension) to ensure an inclusive client experience for English‑speaking customers.
