The primary objective of this position is to propose and sell personal damage insurance solutions that meet the needs of our clients. As such, you will be called upon to develop a volume of business in line with your image, to establish relationships of trust with your clients, to offer consistent customer service and to ensure client loyalty. You will have to be present before, during and after!
Your responsibilities.
- Analyze, understand and identify the risks and needs of clients.
- Advise clients by explaining and simplifying insurance.
- Propose solutions adapted to the reality of your clients.
- Negotiate on behalf of your clients with different insurers.
- Establish a relationship of trust with the various insurers.
- Establish a relationship of trust and build customer loyalty.
- Be involved in the claims process.
- Be on the lookout for opportunities and develop a volume of business in your image (solicitation, networking, referrals, cross-selling, etc.).
- Know all the products and services offered by the different insurers.
- Offer a unique client experience based on the values of Lareau – Insurance Brokers.
Your skills, your potential.
- Have an Attestation of Collegial Studies (ACS) in damage insurance, a Diploma of College Studies (DCS) or a Bachelor’s degree (BAC).
- Hold or have an interest in obtaining your license from the Autorité des marchés financiers (AMF).
- Have 0 to 2 years experience in a similar position.
- Be motivated by sales and customer service.
- Ability to present, negotiate and close sales.
- Good computer skills (MS Office and Windows).
- Good management of priorities, organization of work and autonomy.
- Be bilingual (French and English, spoken and written) to ensure an inclusive customer experience for English-speaking customers.
