The objective of this position is to ensure the compliance of the Commercial and Personal-Lines Departments at insurance level, with regard to administrative, procedural, legislative, regulatory and ethical provisions. To achieve this, the successful candidate will audit files according to an independent process. Your responsibilities.
- Conduct internal file hearings.
- Test audit grids for feasibility and reliability.
- Follow up with the various players, according to the results of the audits carried out, with a view to continuous improvement and training.
- Coach the various players in the analysis of audit reports.
Your skills, your potential.
- Have a College diploma.
- Experience in conformity or quality control.
- Good analytical and compliance skills.
- Demonstrate autonomy, attention to detail, cooperation and courtesy in working with others.
- Ability to work as part of a team, be organized and autonomous.
- Excellent skills in the Office suite (Word, Excel advanced level, PowerPoint) and in creating documentation.
- Have an intermediate level of English (comprehension and reading) to be able to audit English files.
