Accounting clerk
Your primary function will be to provide accounting and clerical support to the accounting department. You will also ensure that the day-to-day accounting functions of the company run accurately and efficiently.
Your responsibilities.
- Provide proactive customer service to various departmental inquiries (emails and DAA).
- Provide accounting and administrative support to the accounting department.
- Support the Collection Technician by participating in the collection process (analyze payment returns, call customers for payment recovery, bank reconciliation, issue cancellation letters).
- Management of the accounting mailbox.
- All other related tasks.
Your skills, your potential.
- DEP or DEC in accounting.
- Between 0 and 3 years of experience in a similar position.
- Demonstrate rigor and organization.
- Demonstrate confidentiality of the department’s information.
- Have good computer skills (MS Office, Windows).
- Good command of spoken and written French (advanced level) and English (intermediate level) to ensure an inclusive customer experience for English-speaking customers.
