As an Account Administrator, you will play an essential role in supporting commercial insurance brokers. Through your involvement in file management and customer service, you will directly contribute to the quality of service delivered and the overall efficiency of our team. Your Responsibilities
On a daily basis, you will actively contribute to efficient file management and high‑quality customer service. You will be responsible for:
- Participating in renewal planning in collaboration with brokers.
- Preparing various presentation documents, including service proposals and renewal comparisons.
- Responding to client requests by phone and email to ensure fast, professional, and proactive service.
- Processing policy change requests and updating client files accordingly.
- Updating lists, proposals, and documents following changes made to files.
- Preparing and sending required documents to clients (insurance confirmations, certificates of insurance, etc.).
- Following up with clients to obtain signatures and required documents.
- Processing policy billing and preparing instructions for sending documentation.
- Reviewing contracts and insurance documents upon receipt.
- Collaborating with the team to ensure rigorous follow‑up on files and performing any other related tasks.
Your Skills & Full Potential
- Hold a university degree.
- Hold or be interested in obtaining the Damage Insurance Representative license from the Autorité des marchés financiers within a short timeframe.
- Have between 2 and 5 years of experience in the insurance field or in a similar administrative role.
- Enjoy teamwork and delivering high‑quality customer service.
- Demonstrate excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and solid analytical abilities.
- Be comfortable with computer tools (Windows environment and MS Office).
- Have strong proficiency in French (advanced level) and English (intermediate level), both spoken and written, as you will interact daily with an English‑speaking clientele.
